These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Impulseye (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Accounts & Eligibility
You must provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, to use the Service.
2. Acceptable Use
You agree to only monitor endpoints that you own or are explicitly authorized to monitor. You may not use the Service to attack, overload, or disrupt third-party systems, to circumvent access controls, or for any unlawful purpose. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section.
3. Subscriptions & Billing
Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring monthly basis through our payment processor, Stripe. Plan limits (such as the number of monitors and check frequency) are described on our pricing page and enforced automatically. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time from your dashboard; changes take effect according to your current billing cycle.
4. Cancellation & Refunds
You may cancel at any time. On cancellation your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period, after which your account reverts to the Free tier. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.
5. Service Availability
The Service is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis.
While we work to keep monitoring accurate and timely, we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, and alert delivery may be affected by factors outside our control (third-party webhook providers, email deliverability, network conditions). Monitoring results are informational and should not be your only safeguard for critical systems.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Impulseye is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost revenue, lost data, or business interruption arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
7. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Service or by email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
