This Privacy Policy explains what information Impulseye (the "Service") collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. We collect only what we need to operate the Service and never sell your data.
Information We Collect
- Account data — email address and, optionally, your company name.
- Monitoring data — the URLs, endpoints, and configuration you set up, plus the check results (status codes, latency, uptime history).
- Billing data — handled by Stripe. We store a customer reference and your plan tier; we never see or store full card numbers.
How We Use Your Information
We use your information to run monitoring checks, deliver alerts and digest emails, display dashboards and status pages, process billing, and provide support. We do not use your monitoring configurations or results for advertising.

Data Retention
Monitoring data is retained according to your plan tier. Detailed per-check logs are kept short-term (1 day on Free, 7 days on Essential, 14 days on Business), while aggregated uptime history is retained longer (7 days on Free, 90 days on Essential, 1 year on Business). Data is pruned automatically after these windows. Account data is retained for as long as your account is active.
Your Rights
You can access and update your account information from your settings at any time. You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us; deleting a monitor permanently removes its associated logs. Depending on your location, you may have additional rights under laws such as the GDPR or CCPA, including the right to access, correct, or export your data.
Third-Party Webhooks
When you configure Slack, Discord, or other webhook channels, alert payloads are sent to the URLs you provide. Those third-party services handle that data under their own privacy policies.
Changes & Contact
